Aviation life belt ASP-74VS

The ASP-74VS aviation life belt is an individual survival means of the flying personnel and is intended to keep the crew member afloat after water landing.

Design:

The belt design provides its compatibility with belt seat system, attached parachute, systems, life outfit and equipment of the flying per­sonnel. It doesn't hinder the flying personnel from official duty performance and provides safety dur­ing parachute jump. The pilots can climb on life raft or lifeboat without any assistance. The belt has two independent rubber floats filled by carbon-dioxide from cylinder. Gas supplying system starts operating manu­ally or automatically after water landing. The pilot also can inflate the rubber floats by mouth through the special valves.

Basic Specifications:

Life belt can operate within range of temperatures from -30 °C to +50 °C .

Provides lifting the pilot with equipment weighing 1 177 N (120 kgs) maximum.

Marine life outfit MSK-5

MSK-5 is an individual flying gear for pilots during flights over sea and land and also afloat after bailout.

MSK-5 in conjunction with aboard oxygen system set, conditioning system and rescue facilities provides the pilot efficiency: In pressurized cockpit ( at a cruising attitude of less than 14 km ) through a temperature range from +5 °C to +20 °C (using ventilating system) - not less than 12 hours.

In depressurized cockpit ( at a cruising altitude of less than 12 km ) through a temperature range from -40 °C to +50 °C (using ventilating system) - not less than 2 hours.

Afloat (water temperature above zero and air tem­perature above -15 °C, sea force up to 5 units)- not less than 12 hours. The outfit supplied with automatic relief valves KSA, providing outfit impermeability at the time of falling into water.

Marine life outfit MSK-5 consists of:

HIGH-altitude marine life outfit VMSK-4

High-altitude sea survival suit VМSК-4 is designed for individual use of the flying personnel when flying over lands as well as overseas, at high and low altitudes.

The set provides pilot's efficiency over a long period of time - during flight in pres­surized cockpit (at a cruising altitude of less than 40 km);

over a short period of time (less than 10 min);

in depressurized cockpit at a cruising altitude of less than 40 km). In this case, the outfit is used as emergency means for descending to safe altitude of 12 km;

over a short period of time - at emergency es­cape at high-altitude and parachuting with the use of the seat oxygen system; within 12 hours - afloat in a water (water tem­perature above zero and air temperature above -15 °C).

The outfit supplied with automatic relief valves КSА, providing outfit impermeability at the lime of falling into water.

Anti-g suit PPK-3/PPK-3-120

PPK-3 is designed for fighting aircraft pilots. It increases the limits of G-loads tolerance in «from head to peMs» direction.

Design:

PPK-3 consists of the reinforced clothing made in the form of belt with abandon bladder and 2 trouser legs with the bladders in thigh and shin area.

Under G-loads, extension by compressing the front wall of the abdomen and muscular groups of the lower limbs, as well as precludes blood shift­ing to the lower body parts that results in sufficient blood filling of the upper body parts.

Abandon bladder fixes the internals and prevents them from displacement.

Bladder pressure is changed by aboard automatic pressure control unit according to G-load value.

PPK-3-120 provides:

Increasing limits of man's tolerance to flight G-loads up to 3 G.

Capable of operating through a temperature range - 30 °С to +50 °С (relative air humidity up to 98%).

Weight of set: not more than 4,5 kg.

High-altitude balancing suit VKK-15T

Flying gear for arranging of necessary con­ditions for vital activity and efficiency during flight. VKK-15T operates as both balancing and venting suit.

Design:

Overalls and jacket are made of sanitary fabric, tensioner bladder inside the overall: ventilating system off takes is inside the overall.

Features:

Maximum adaptation altitude - 20 km.

Residence time (in case of emergency encap­sulation) at a height of more than 12 km - 3 min, including 1 min at a height of 20 km.

Maximum working pressure in tensioner blad­ders is 0,5kgs/sq.cm.

Sizes: The suits are available in 12 heights (4 sizes) for pilots whose height is from 156cm to185cm and waist size is from 85 to 117cm.
