Demi-season flight suit KP-2 - Features:

Winter flight suit consists of jacket and trousers. Jacket has a 2-way sliding fastener and a wind-proof belt.

Jacket has a liner, a removable fur collar, and a hood.

Removable parts fastening system (buttons and buttonholes) makes tearing the buttons off impossible.

Sleeves with inside cuffs (pull with a shirr) are adjustable by the half-belt with a Velcro fastener, lower part of jacket and trousers belt are adjustable by side seam half-belt.

The KP-1 jacket goes well with anti-g suit PPK-6, also with high-altitude balancing set PPK-6 and compensative vest GK-6.

Summer flying suit KP-1К - Features:

KP-1К has a central coat-breast zip with two locks. Shoulder-girdle part is strengthened by pad.

Bullet-proof vest BG-6

Bullet-proof vest BG-6 is an individual bulletproof vest protecting pilot from small arms bullet fragments and from repeated ones. BG-6 is used together with flight and protective gear.

Design:

BG-6 consists of independent front and rear pads, connected to each other by belts, protective collar, groin apron, removable sleeves. Made of ballistic fabric armor pads provides pilot efficiency, not limiting his mobility and keeping aircraft apparatus within striking distance. Natural ventilation of under-garments volume is provided .

BG-6 is capable of operating through a temperature range - 30°C to +50°C (relative air humidity up to 98%).

Aviation life collar ASV-6

Aviation life collar ASV-6 is an individual survival means of the flying personnel and is intended to keep the air crew member afloat after emergency escape from aircraft. Features: The collar design provides its compatibility with belt seat system, attached parachute systems, life outfit and equipment of the flying personnel. It doesn't hinder the pilot from official duty performance and provides safety during parachute jump. The pilots can climb on life raft or lifeboat without any assistance.

The collar has a buoyancy bladder with two non-communicating sections filled with carbon-dioxide from the cylinders. Gas supplying system starts operating manually or automatically after pilot falling into water. The pilot also can inflate the buoyancy bladder orally through the special valves. ACB-6 provides pilot steady position afloat "face up" with his head lifted up above water surface.

Aviation life belt ASP-6А

Aviation life belt ASP-6А is an individual survival means of the flying personnel and is intended to keep the air crew member afloat after water landing. Features:

The belt design provides its compatibility with fastened seat systems and parachute suspension system, with flight gear and protective equipment for air crew personnel. The belt doesn't impede the pilot's performance of duty and doesn't have an influence on parachute jump safety. ASP-6А also doesn't impede the pilot to climb on life boats and rafts.

The belt has two non-communicating buoyancy bladders filled by carbon dioxide bottle. Gas inflation system snaps into action automatically after landing on water. Bladders can be fed through the special valves by the mouth

Marine life outfit MSK-6 is an individual flying gear for pilots during flights over sea and land and also afloat after bailout.

Design:

MSK-6 set consists of: protective overalls ZK-6 connected with waterproof overalls VZK-6; warm venting overall suit TVK-6; warm stockings TZCH-6 ; hermetic gloves GP-6; boots MSK;

Venting suit VK-6 is an individual flight gear which serves to protect the pilot body from exposure to the ambient temperatures and at the same time as flight clothing.

Design:

VK-6 is highly comfortable in wearing both in flight and on the ground alert, because it has all the necessary pockets, sanitary hatch, adjustable ventilating system, cuffe and leg lower part adjustment by Velcro fastener.

Ventilating system is in front and supplying the air to the suit and provides its redistribution within canals of upper and lower system bladders.
