MARS-500
The project Mars-500 is initiated by the State scientific centre of the Russian Federation – Institute of Biomedical Problems RAS under the aegis of the Russian Federal Space Agency and the Russian Academy of Sciences. It includes several experiments imitating different aspects of interplanetary manned mission. Its basis is the series of experiments including long-term isolation of the crew in conditions of specially constructed ground experimental complex.
